During your meditative journey inward and on paper, we will practice drawing mandalas with symmetry to experience focus, patience, and mindfulness. In this course, you will learn the spiritual history, inner benefits, and art techniques to create mandalas in class and at home. With guidance, you will create your own unique mandala on paper. With this art form, it is more about your mindset while creating, rather than the outcome, so it is open to all adult levels.
